1. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders under National Competitive Bidding procedures as per the prevailing laws.
2. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the college, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu by hand/courier or through college email: info@mbmc.edu.np at or before 12 p.m. on the 15th day of the first publication of the notice. Bids received afterwards will be rejected.
3. The item rates should be quoted including VAT.
4. The College reserves the sole right to accept or reject wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
