Re-Notice

All the students of Bachelor First Year/Semester (2077) are hereby re-informed to fill up their TU Registration Form within 25^th of Shrawan 2078.

Requirements:

1. Registration Form Fee Rs. 500 (for NEB/HSEB Board) and Rs. 1000 (for other Board)

2. Photo copy of SLC/SEE Mark/Grade Sheet & Character Certificate - 2 copies

3. Photo copy of NEB/HSEB level:

   Transcript, Provisional Certificate & Character Certificate - 2 copies

4. Original Migration Certificate

5. Photo (PP Size) - 3 copies

N.B.: Student should fill up the form with black ink.
